Richard Cowling has wide experience in Human Resources Management, including employee relations, reward, pensions, benefits, and managing a large and diverse HR team. He has been involved in several major change projects including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and closures. He has designed and delivered pay, bonus and benefit plans and focuses on the practical as well as the strategic elements of managing people.

Janet Cowling’s experience includes general management and a period as Management Development Manager for a FTSE 100 Company, running assessment and development initiatives for senior managers. She worked in the corporate acquisitions team on significant international expansion and as a Business Development Director for a major division managing a fast track change initiative. Her current focus is economic and social research where she supports a major consultancy.
